Q: The CA-MX seems to be working and lights up when pressed, but why is my CA-360 not responding?
A: Most likely, your CA-MX is not connected with your CA-360 yet. Make sure that your CA-360 is paired with your CA-MX. Refer to your CA-360 for the pairing instructions. Another possibility is that your CA-MX is out of range, up to 200 ft away from your CA-360. You can fix this problem by simply bringing them closer together.
Q: Can I use the CA-360 with the motion sensor of my existing alarm system?
A: No.
Q: My CA-360/CA-RX/CA-PX do not the sound the Motion Alerts
A: The default setting for detection Motion Alerts are turned OFF on all receivers (CA-360, CA-RX, and CA-PX).
To turn On/Off the Motion alerts on the receivers follow the instructions below:
For CA-360: Press the MOTION button for 6 seconds, if the display shows ON, the Motion sensing is Turned On. If the dispaly shows OFF, the Motion sensing is Off.
For CA-RX:Â Select the MOTION Switch to On/Off.
For CA-PX: Press and Hold the MOTION button, then Power ON. After the initial power up flash-shake-beep, if CA-PX responded with extra 1-flash, 1-shake, and 1-long beep, the Motion sensing is On. If the CA-PX responded with extra 3-flashes, 3-shakes, and 3-beeps, the Motion sensing is Off.
